Racing Point won't rule out fighting Ferrari

The hype around Racing Point is sure to last all the way to Melbourne, with the team themselves not ruling out challenging Ferrari in the early stages of the season. There has been plenty of chatter surrounding the team ever since they turned up to testing with the RP20, which has been dubbed ‘the pink Mercedes' due to its likeness to the 2019 title winner – the W10. They have consistently been at the sharp end of the timesheet throughout winter testing and Racing Point technical director Andy Green has not flat out dismissed the idea of challenging Ferrari. 'Let's see,' Green simply said to Motorsport.com. 'We're just trying to get the best we can out of the package we've got....
