Ferrari ‘fully support' decision to cancel Aus GP

Ferrari has said they ‘fully support' the decision by the governing bodies to cancel the Australian Grand Prix with [immediate] effect. The season opener in Melbourne was plunged into fresh doubt when McLaren announced their withdrawal from the race after a team member tested positive for coronavirus. Chaos ensued overnight in Australia, with conflicting reports circulating for nearly 12 hours before common sense and some semblance of leadership prevailed.
