Chase Carey sends open letter to Formula 1 fans: 'Plan to start season when safe'

Chase Carey has delivered an open letter to all Formula 1 fans in wake of the coronavirus outbreak. The virus has wreaked havoc in sport, with F1 being forced to delay the start of the season until at least the end of May.
