Formula 1 teams give FIA and FOM free rein: 'World Cup until January an option'
All options are currently being explored by Formula 1 to arrive at a new calendar, even a season up to and including January 2021 and two-day Grands Prix are not excluded. The FIA and FOM, together with the organisers of the Grands Prix, have been given free rein by the teams. "We're in constant conversation right now. Together with other team bosses we are aware that these are crucial moments", says Mattia Binotto in conversation with the Italian Sky Sport. Ferrari's team boss says that the Liberty Media and FIA teams are giving Liberty Media and the FIA all the space they need to come up with a good calendar. Even two-day Grands Prix are not excluded.
