FIA confirm several, significant F1 rule changes

The FIA has announced a series of confirmed changes to Formula 1's sporting regulations to help safeguard the sport as much as possible. With Formula 1 on hold for the foreseeable future, the latest World Motor Sport Council meeting has seen swift action be taken in order to quickly react to current events and protect the sport in the process. The latest piece of legislature confirms some notable changes, including a change in the voting system with some decisions now only need 60% approval in order to be moved on for ratification by the WMSC.
