Norris on handing in salary: 'It's the best we can do for the team'

Lando Norris fully supports McLaren's decision to send the employees of the team on furlough. Because the factory has to close due to the coronavirus, everything is at a standstill. Mclaren therefore feels obliged to send part of the team on leave. Norris thinks it was the best option for the team. "It's best for everyone, including myself. At the moment we have to assure ourselves that everyone will be able to go back to work when we are allowed back into the factories. These are simply difficult times for drivers, employees and everyone in Formula 1. There are so many people working on the car in the winter.
