Salary cuts for Formula 1 bosses and furlough for half staff

The fallout from COVID-19 has struck the upper echelons Formula 1 with chief Chase Carey, as well as Ross Brawn and 15 directors on the sport's board will be cut by 20% for two months, while half of their 500 F1 staff on furlough this week. Several British publications are reporting that coronavirus sweeping the globe has impacted the F1 head offices, with employees disgruntled by the latest development Williams and Racing Point have followed McLaren into furlough forced upon them by the pandemic.
