Before the coronavirus completely flattened the Formula 1 season, F1 was under the spell of the secret agreement between the FIA and Ferrari. Jean Todt is finally opening up, although it's not the whole story. ''If you'd ask me, I'd love to give you all the details of that deal, but Ferrari is against it so we'll get a penalty if I tell.
