'Liberty Media wants to help Renault bring in Alonso by paying part of its salary'
With the departure of Daniel Ricciardo to McLaren, Renault will have to find a new teammate for Esteban Ocon in 2021. Currently, with Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso two big names are linked to a move to the French team, the latter being, according to the latest rumors, already close to signing'. Just like Bild, Marca also knows that Alonso is in talks with Renault for a new employment. The Spaniard drove for the yellow factory team twice before, from 2003 to 2006 and from 2008 to 2009.
