Boris Johnson saves British GP: British government allows F1 races at Silverstone

Last Friday it seemed almost impossible but now there seems to be a big chance that the GP at Silverstone will continue. An exception has been made to the corona measures for the F1 event. Reportedly Boris Johnson himself intervened and pleaded for the passage of the event. Because of the measures taken by the British government, it turned out that it would be impossible to get the entire F1 circus of Austria back to Silverstone in time for the second round of the season. This is because a quarantine of two weeks is needed before people are allowed to enter the country.
