F1 still pushing for 15-18 races, admits question marks over Americas

The remainder of the 2020 F1 World Championship calendar will be confirmed in the next few weeks but while the original target of 15-18 races remains realistic the ongoing situation in the Americas could scupper it. On the weekend F1 returns to racing action with the Austrian Grand Prix – almost four months after the original opener was axed in Australia by the unfolding coronavirus situation – F1 CEO Chase Carey assured discussions over the remainder of the season are progressing well.
