Renault will pay Alonso a million euros' salary for two years of Formula 1.

After not driving in Formula 1 for two seasons, Fernando Alonso returns to the pinnacle of motorsport in 2021. The two-time world champion will compete for the Renault team, and that will be no problem for him. Alonso can count on a nice salary. Indeed, by 2022 Alonso is said to be earning around £15 million a season. So when his contract expires after two years, the Spaniard will be 33 million euros richer in total.
