Ideal weather conditions in England for Mercedes, surprise excluded?

The British Grand Prix is about to take place and the race at the Silverstone circuit is often a spectacle. The weather conditions are not going to come, because the chance of rain is very small this weekend. The first three races of the Formula 1 season all had a good chance of rain.
