Ricciardo's Renault requires chassis change due to hairline fracture

Renault has been forced to change the chassis on Daniel Ricciardo's car after it sustained a hairline fracture during practice for this weekend's British Grand Prix. Ricciardo finished ninth quickest at Silverstone, just over eight-tenths of a second behind pacesetter Lance Stroll in his Racing Point, following what was a tricky day for all concerned given the hot, windy conditions. Team-mate Esteban Ocon was 12th, with a tenth of a second separating the duo.
