FIA and Pirelli take no action: "Blowout tires were caused by wear and tear".

The second race at Silverstone in England will be driven with softer tyres than the previous race. After the race it became unclear whether it was wise to switch to softer tyres for the second race after the three punctures of Lewis Hamilton, Valtteri Bottas and Carlos Sainz.
