Perez gets the green light fom PHE

Sergio Perez could make an unexpected return to race action after Racing Point has announced that his seven-day period of quarantine has been completed. After missing the British Grand Prix, the Mexican could make an unexpected return for Racing Point at the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix this weekend. The Silverstone-based outfit confirmed that the Mexican got the green light from Public Health England that he can end his seven-day quarantine today. Perez tested positive for the novel Covid-19 coronavirus ahead of the British Grand Prix which ruled him out from the fourth round of the curtailed 2020 F1 season.
