Renault driver Esteban Ocon has been handed a three-place grid penalty for impeding Williams' George Russell during qualifying for the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix. Russell was on a flying lap in Q1 at Silverstone when Ocon pulled over on to the racing line through Aintree to overtake Alfa Romeo's Antonio Giovinazzi.
