Marko: "As long as Albon shows improvements, he gets the time from us"

For Alex Albon, the second qualifying session at Silverstone is a small improvement compared to a week earlier. The Thai obtained the ninth place, where he was twelfth last week. It's an improvement, but there is still a lot of work to do before Albon performs really well. According to Helmut Marko Albon doesn't have to fear for his seat at Red Bull Racing yet. "As long as we see improvements at Albon and as long as the results get better, he gets the time from us", Marko tells Sky Sports. The Thai has also had a lot of bad luck so far, due to accidents with Kevin Magnussen in Silverstone and a crash with Lewis Hamilton in Austria. Albon had a good chance of a podium in that...
