Horner: "That has been one of our biggest strengths over the years"

During the first race at Silverstone circuit Max Verstappen came close to a victory thanks to flat tyres for Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas. Lucky for him, because he was more than a bit behind just before that. Nobody expected him to beat both Mercedes drivers at speed a week later. No one is more pleasantly surprised than team boss Christian Horner. In his column on RedBull.com he praises the decision to qualify on the hard tire.
