Honda tested a lot of settings: "It didn't work on the car"

Toyoharu Tanabe is working hard on the improvements to the Honda engine at the back of Red Bull Racing's RB16. The Japanese said he thought he had found improvements on Friday, but they didn't fit directly with the RB16. Different settings Tanabe says he immediately found a good improvement in the first free practice. However, the design of the RB16 didn't fit well with the new settings that Honda's top man came along with. "It didn't work with the car, so I tried some other things during the second practice session", says Tanabe to Japanese AutoSport.
