Bottas has difficulty with Mercedes starting procedure

Valtteri Bottas did not make a good turn during the first rounds of the Italian Grand Prix at Monza. In just a few laps he lost no less than four places. He was even so slow that he thought he had a flat tyre. However, the drama started before his car even started to move. "I had a problem with the actual reaction to the start lights", the Finn tried to explain afterwards to Autosport.com. "We have been playing around with the way we do practice starts and the protocol we use. I have the feeling that that there's been a disturbance somtimes at the actual starts."
