"There are hardly any drivers who can successfully compete against him"
Although Alexander Albon achieved his first podium in his F1 career last Sunday, one cannot yet say that he is working on a very successful season. Just like Pierre Gasly a year earlier, he has a lot of trouble following the pace of teammate Verstappen. That is anything but an easy task. "There are hardly [any] drivers who will successfully compete against him. He is doing such a good job that any other driver will have problems to be on this level”, said Tost in conversation with RaceFans.net when assessing the difference between Verstappen and his teammates.
