The FIA has informed all drivers about what they can and cannot do at the Sochi circuit in Russia in the coming days. All this is for the sake of safety and respecting the track limits. If a violation is detected, it will be reported to the stewards and a driver may be punished. Going wide is not allowed Turn two leading to turn three is the first significant braking area on the track. There have been several times drivers have gone wide there in the past, cutting off the apex, and that is not allowed.
