Abiteboul will supply engines to Red Bull 'if necessary': 'I really hope not'

With the announced departure of Honda, Red Bull will suddenly be on his own again with his two teams from 2022 onwards. None of the manufacturers will be eager to supply engines, but an old acquaintance seems to have promised. The regulations state that if a team is unable to reach an agreement with an engine supplier on its own, one of the manufacturers is obliged to do so. Since Renault will not be supplying any engines other than its own team after this season, the French manufacturer will be the first to supply Red Bull with engines.
