Anderson can point out culprit for incident between Verstappen and Stroll

With Max Verstappen on the circuit something always happens. This was also the case on Friday in Portimao, when he came into contact with Lance Stroll's Racing Point. Usually Verstappen stands out in a positive sense, but with this action he gets some criticism. Including former designer and technical director Gary Anderson. According to him, Verstappen could have assessed the situation better. "The reason Max didn't get past Stroll was that Stroll's DRS was open.
