Otmar Szafnauer believes the stewards' decision to reprimand Sergio Perez for his defending in Portugal will ruin drivers 'racing hard but safely'. Perez was involved in a tense battle with Pierre Gasly for fifth place in Sunday's Portuguese Grand Prix.
