Ocon: 'This weekend will be extra special for me'
Esteban Ocon is looking forward to the upcoming GP at Imola. The Frenchman has warm thoughts at this circuit, because here he took the 2014 championship in the F3. Ocon can look back on Portugal's GP with satisfaction. The 24-year-old Renault driver started the race just outside the top ten, but managed to climb up to eighth position during the race, ahead of his team mate Daniel Ricciardo. It was striking how well Ocon handled his tyres during the race: he drove no less than fifty laps on the medium tyre.
