Racing Point has revealed that Lance Stroll was carrying front wing damage throughout the Turkish Grand Prix which significantly impacted his tyre graining issues. After starting the Istanbul race from pole position, Stroll dropped down the order after switching to the Intermediate tyres, eventually crossing the line in ninth place.
