Grosjean reveals full extent of hand injuries from horrific Bahrain accident

Former Haas driver Romain Grosjean has revealed the extent of the injuries he suffered to his hands in his horrific accident at last year's Bahrain Grand Prix. Grosjean escaped his lap one Bahrain crash with only burns to his hands after his Haas struck the barriers on the exit of turn three, leaving the car wedged. The impact ripped the car in two as the fuel cell exploded. Article continues under video The injuries sustained meant the Frenchman had to sit out of what would have been his final two Formula 1 races in order to allow for his hands to fully heal.
