‘We must start over,' says Ferrari chairman

Ferrari chairman John Elkann has stated that, in order to be successful again in the future, the team has to 'start over.' The 2020 season turned out to be Ferrari's least successful in a long time as they finish down in P6 in the Constructors' Championship with no wins and just two podiums to their name. With regulations remaining stable for the 2021 campaign, things aren't likely to get much better any time soon, and Elkann believes that a fresh start is what is needed going forward. 'A great past does not necessarily mean a great present and a great future.
