Popular former F1 driver has found a place in motorsport again

He drove Formula 1 for many years, was the crown prince for a while, but a terrible rally accident in which he shattered his arm brought an end to his world championship ambitions. Robert Kubica drove another year with Williams in 2019 and will now drive in the European Le Mans series. The Pole left Formula 1 permanently two years ago in search of something else. Last year he started as a reserve driver for Alfa Romeo and drove during the test days in December. He will fulfil that role again this year. Furthermore, the sympathetic pole drove races in the DTM with a podium finish in Zolder as a highlight. For this year Kubica was still looking for a seat and he has found it. Read more...
