Red Bull RB16B an "extensive update" not a new car

Red Bull team principal Christian Horner has confirmed the RB16B is not an "all-new car" but rather an "extensive update" of the team's 2020 machinery. In a bid to lower costs throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, teams agreed to push back the radical new aerodynamic regulations by a year to 2022 and predominantly run last year's car this season.
