Diriyah E-Prix: Frijns on pole ahead of race two in Saudi Arabia
Envision Virgin Racing driver Robin Frijns took pole position by more than two tenths ahead of race two of the Formula E season-opening doubleheader in Saudi Arabia. The Dutchman topped practice this morning and went fastest in group qualifying, before taking pole with the final lap of super pole, 0.289 seconds clear of Sergio Sette Camara. The Geox Dragon driver starts second, with Jaguar's Sam Bird third, the NIO 333 duo of Oliver Turvey and Tom Blomqvist fourth and fifth, and Sette Camara's teammate Nico Muller sixth.
