Perez will not be broken by Verstappen: "He knows how fast he is"
Max Verstappen has had no trouble with his team-mate in the last two years, and Franz Tost expects the Dutchman to win against Sergio Perez too. However, the Mexican will not be as broken as his predecessors. Since the departure of Daniel Ricciardo, Max Verstappen has carried his team alone. Pierre Gasly was deemed too light after just six months, and Alexander Albon could not leave a good impression in a year and a half either.
