Ferrari engines do most laps of testing, Mercedes engines far below

Perhaps the most striking element of the winter test in Bahrain were the problems that Mercedes were facing. When looking at the average number of laps per engine supplier, there is clearly a problem with all teams with Mercedes engines. Few test laps for Mercedes and Aston Martin The drivers of Mercedes and Aston Martin would have preferred to do more laps during the winter test, but both teams suffered from gearbox problems. This is also reflected in the average number of laps driven by the Mercedes engines.
