Verstappen keeps Red Bull on top in FP3

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen continued his strong showing in the third and final practice for the Bahrain Grand Prix, topping the last session with a time of 1m30.577. Drivers were in no rush to venture out to the track as they were all waiting for the temperatures to drop to have more representative conditions. With 50 minutes left on the clock, Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas ventured out to the Bahrain circuit to get a feel for his W12. His race engineer Riccardo Musconi warned the Finn on the radio that he had to pay attention to head wind.
