Toto Wolff doesn't understand race control: "I'm just as confused as you are"

After millions of costs in development and thousands of man hours in preparation, Sunday's Bahrain Grand Prix was decided by the smallest margin. The track limits decision fell in the right direction for Toto Wolff and Mercedes this time, but he too would like to see a clarification of the rules. Wolff and Horner agree Christian Horner understood after the race why Max Verstappen had to give the lead back to Hamilton. The Dutchman had completed his overtaking manoeuvre off the track. The fact that the race director warned Mercedes for track limits (without overtaking), while they were told beforehand not to enforce them, was less understandable according to Toto Wolff.
