Mercedes F1 staff were heartbroken over Schumacher's failure to win a Grand Prix

Schumacher who raced with the Mercedes outfit for a three year spell between 2010 and 2012, secured one podium with the team though he ultimately failed to add to his tally of 91 Grand Prix wins.
