AlphaTauri turn to wine for heat

Article To news overview © AlphaTauri AlphaTauri have turned to wine in order to warm their troops, as they've revealed their new heating system will be powered by the energy generated by a local wine company. As part of their ongoing sustainability programme to reduce and offset their CO2 emissions, AlphaTauri are rolling out two main initiatives. Green electrical energy, generated from 100% renewable sources, will power their factory at Faenza. To heat the factory, AlphaTauri have formed a partnership with local Italian company Caviro Group. This large-scale Italian wine producer will heat the factory through a dedicated pipeline, with energy from their wine production process, as well...
