FIA considering change following controversial Raikkonen penalty

The Finn was hit with a 30-second penalty post-race after beginning the red flag restart in the wrong position. Raikkonen spun at the first chicane and lost two places, which he didn't immediately take back. This is because the lap that took place behind the safety car during the restart was seen as a kind of formation lap.
