Williams boss, Jost Capito, feels going up against George Russell within a team is as difficult as being Lewis Hamilton's team-mate at Mercedes. Russell has made pretty light work of both Robert Kubica and Nicholas Latifi during his spell with Williams and has yet to be out-qualified by his team-mate whilst racing for the Grove team.
