Webber does not rule out merger of Formula 1 and Formula E

This coming year it will become clear how Formula 1 will look like in the future. In the near future they will have to decide which engines will be used from 2025 or 2026. These will certainly not be fully electric yet, but what about when we look even further into the future? Partly due to European legislation, the trend is that more and more car manufacturers will only produce electric motors. The technology in Formula 1 is therefore less and less relevant for daily use. According to Mark Webber that is not a bad thing in principle, but he doesn't exclude that Formula 1 will become electric one day.
