Abiteboul remains (partly) involved with Alpine with new advisor role

Cyril Abiteboul has found a place in motorsport again. The former Renault team boss stayed out of the spotlights for a while after he was sidelined by Renault, but still remains indirectly connected to the French team. Abiteboul finds a new place Abiteboul has been the Renault team boss for the last couple of years and was also supposed to fulfil that role under the new name of Alpine. At the last moment it became clear that Renault would choose another route and Abiteboul was pushed aside. The Frenchman has found a place in motorsport again.
