Why the Spanish GP has come at the right time for Ricciardo

Article To news overview © McLaren Daniel Ricciardo is glad to be racing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya due to the familiarity of the track which he believes is what he needs to deliver a strong performance. Ricciardo has scored points at all three F1 events in 2021 but has consistently been off the pace compared to teammate Lando Norris. The Australian was knocked out of Q1 for the first time in 18 months in Portimao and feels the Spanish GP has come at the right time.
