Formula 1 starts working group to solve problem with Track Limits

Formula 1 has started a working group to solve the Track Limits problem. The discussion about the Track Limits has been dominating F1 lately, and of course that shouldn't be the case. Max Verstappen has struggled a lot with track limits this season. In Bahrain he had to give back the lead, in Portugal he lost his pole time and in the race in Portugal he also lost the fastest lap.
