Grosjean's Mercedes demo in France cancelled but test will still go ahead

The shifts in the Formula 1 calendar after the cancellation of the Turkish Grand Prix means that the long awaited Mercedes test of Romain Grosjean was called into question. The French Grand Prix has been moved up a week to make room for the double-header in Austria. Mercedes demo Grosjean cancelled During the race weekend in France, a demonstration by Grosjean was planned, who would drive a number of laps on the circuit in the Mercedes W10 prior to the race. This would all take place during the weekend of 25 to 27 June, after which Grosjean would drive a full test in the Mercedes car on 29 June.
