Article To news overview When Charles Leclerc first raced at Monaco in Formula 1 with Sauber back in 2018, he became only the second driver in the sport's history born in the Principality to compete on the iconic circuit. Leclerc still calls Monaco home, but in Formula 1 the return of a Monegasque to the grid didn't have a fairytale ending.
