Vettel: This result is down to great decision-making

Sebastian Vettel was clearly thrilled to score his first points since arriving at Aston Martin and praised the team for their strategic work during the Monaco Grand Prix. Vettel impressed all weekend, qualifying eighth in a very competitive session, before executing the team's strategy perfectly to come home in P5 on race day. The German has had a tough start to life in green, but looked more like his old self as he ran longer in the opening stint to get ahead of Pierre Gasly and Lewis Hamilton via the overcut.
