Indy 500: Many former F1 drivers to win the race

On Sunday, the Indy 500 is on the program. 33 drivers will compete for one of the most beautiful prizes in motorsport. GPblog looks back on the winners of the last ten editions of the Indy 500. The last ten editions had no less than nine different winners. In 2011 it was Dan Wheldon who won the race. For the Brit, it was also his last win in the IndyCar championship. Wheldon died later in the season in an accident at the Las Vegas race.
