Lammers hopes for Verstappen to lead Zandvoort: "How nice do you want it?"

The Zandvoort GP, scheduled for the first weekend of September, is slowly becoming a certainty. This is also the opinion of Jan Lammers, sports director of the Dutch Grand Prix. The recent relaxations announced by the government are positive for the race at Zandvoort. From 5 June onwards there will be another relaxation of the rules, while (if all goes well) in early September even the one and a half metre rule might be history. In an interview with Motorsport.co.uk he does not only look forward to full stadiums and a Formula 1 race on Dutch soil. He would also like to see a Dutch leader in the world championship, something that has become a lot more realistic since the weekend in Monaco....
